The EATUC Committee of Expert meeting took place from 19th to 20th May 2022 at Salinero  Hotel  Moshi Tanzania, the meeting brought together Committee of Experts from all EATUC’s affiliates, among the items on the  agenda  was the development of  Theory of Change  for EATUC
